🪵 Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy – Meeran Art & Crafts (Channapatna Toys)
At Meeran Art & Crafts, we take great pride in handcrafting each Channapatna wooden toy and collectible with care, using traditional methods and eco-friendly materials. As every product is handmade, minor variations are natural and part of the charm of authentic craftsmanship.
We value your trust and aim to make your shopping experience transparent and satisfying.
🛒 Order Cancellation
- Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us at 📧 channapatnatoysin@gmail.com
- with your order number.
- Once the order is dispatched or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
- If approved, refunds for cancelled orders will be processed to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
- Meeran Art & Crafts reserves the right to approve or deny cancellation requests based on order status or customization level.
📦 Return & Replacement Policy
We ensure every toy passes a quality check before shipment. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you are eligible for a replacement or return.
You may request a return or replacement if:
- The product is damaged in transit or has a manufacturing defect.
- The product does not match the description or image listed on our website.
To initiate a return or replacement:
- Notify us within 2 days of delivery at 📧 channapatnatoysin@gmail.com
- Share your order ID, clear photos/videos of the product and packaging, and a short description of the issue.
- Our team will review and confirm eligibility for return, replacement, or refund.
🪵 Note:
- Handmade variations in color, shape, or wood texture are not considered defects.
- Products purchased during discounts, exhibitions, or custom-made items are non-returnable unless defective.
💰 Refund Policy
- If your refund request is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within 4–6 working days.
- Refunds will be issued only after returned items are received and inspected by our quality team.
- In case of partial returns, refund value will reflect the proportion of items returned.

You can raise your cancellation or refund request by:

page with your order details.
Our team will respond within 24–48 hours on working days.
⚖️ Important Notes
- Meeran Art & Crafts retains full discretion in approving or rejecting cancellation or refund requests.
- Refunds will not be issued for delays caused by courier logistics or incorrect delivery details provided by the customer.
- All policies are governed by Indian consumer protection laws applicable to handmade craft products.
Upon completing a Transaction, you are entering into a legally binding and enforceable agreement with us to purchase the product and/or service. After this point the User may cancel the Transaction unless it has been specifically provided for on the Platform. In which case, the cancellation will be subject to the terms mentioned on the Platform. We shall retain the discretion in approving any cancellation requests and we may ask for additional details before approving any requests.
Once you have received the product and/or service, the only event where you can request for a replacement or a return and a refund is if the product and/or service does not match the description as mentioned on the Platform. Any request for refund must be submitted within three days from the date of the Transaction or such number of days prescribed on the Platform, which shall in no event be less than three days. Whether a refund will be provided will be determined by us, and we may ask for additional details before approving any requests.
